We offer four core product categories:
- Hotel Yachts (Aquator Series): Floating accommodations designed for tourism, hospitality, or personal use.
- V-CAT Catamaran (Rise Series): Premium catamaran for enhanced performance,
comfort, and offshore capability. - Floating Structures: Modular floating venues including offices, majlis, cafés, lounges, showrooms, and event spaces.
- Floating Infrastructure: Jetties, pontoons, docking platforms, and support systems for marine developments.
All products are designed to order and customized to fit the client’s needs, location, and
usage.
The Aquator Series includes hotel yachts designed primarily for anchored living and hospitality. These are ideal for leisure, boutique stays, or waterfront rentals.
The Rise Series features V-CAT catamaran platform that offer improved balance, offshore cruising capability, and refined aesthetics.
Rise is the right choice for clients seeking higher performance and longer-stay comfort, while Aquator is optimized for anchored experiences and hospitality use.
Safety and Stability are at the heart of our design philosophy. Our vessels are engineered to meet ISO standards and are being built in alignment with Bureau Veritas (BV) classification requirements as Class B vessels, suitable for offshore cruising and moderate sea conditions. Our earlier vessels featured trimaran hull configurations, widely regarded as one of the most stable hull types in the marine industry. Building on that legacy, we are now introducing a novel catamaran-based architecture, which also offers excellent stability and efficiency.
We’ve developed our own proprietary design category: V-Cat (V-Marine Catamaran), engineered specifically for floating hospitality and nautical tourism. Combined with advanced features like gyrostabilizers, and compliance with international marine safety standards, including those set by the US Coast Guard standards, our vessels are built for safety, comfort, and long-term performance.
This is what defines our vision:
“The Unthinkable. The Unsinkable.”
Our vessels are classified according to international standards to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance:
- Rise Series (V-CAT) are classified as Class B vessels under Bureau Veritas. This means they are built for offshore use and capable of handling moderate seas and wind conditions. They are suitable for longer stays, open water navigation, and professional-grade marine operations.
- Aquator Series (Hotel Yachts) are classified as Class C vessels. These are designed for inland and coastal waters, including lagoons, bays, harbors, and calm marine environments. They are ideal for anchored hospitality and recreational use near shore.
Both classifications follow ISO and CE standards, and all our vessels are engineered with a strong focus on safety, stability, and structural durability. We can also provide regionspecific certification support as required by local maritime authorities.
Typical timelines are:
- Hotel Yachts & V-CAT (Aquator and Rise): 3 to 6 months
- Floating Structures or Infrastructure: 6 to 12 months
We provide a full production schedule once the design is finalized. This includes construction, quality control, shipping preparation, and installation on site.

Yes. V-Marine hotel yachts are considered Class B recreational or commercial vessels and can typically be registered in most jurisdictions. We also offer support for registration under the Bahrain flag, if preferred, and can assist with the flag transfer process if needed.
Yes, we can help with that. Our company is officially recognized for building yachts and floating structures. When you buy a yacht or V-CAT catamaran from us, you’ll get special documents that help you register it just like a regular boat. Sometimes, there are rules about how far from shore you can go, especially if the boat has a small engine.

Floating structures offer flexible, low-impact solutions for expanding hospitality and tourism infrastructure. They can be installed without land reclamation, scaled seasonally, and positioned in unique locations such as lagoons, bays, and waterfronts. This opens new experiences for guests while reducing strain on existing land-based resources.
By offering modular, mobile, and environmentally responsible platforms, we help governments, resorts, and developers expand their footprint in a way that respects natural ecosystems. Our floating solutions are designed for energy efficiency, water conservation, and minimal environmental impact.
